It may be due to the dropping value of the rupee in international market, but along with that it is also a fact that the rate of the properties are also not too much low over here. In all of the developing cities where the residential as well as the commercial estate projects are getting developed, a common man really finds it too hard to afford a property without taking the mortgage loans.
